Browns Summit has always been a close community. Community is vital to the church and Monticello Christian Church has envisioned a place for that community to come together as one to grow in fellowship.
Located across from Monticello Christian Church on Old Reidsville Road, our vision has now become a reality. It is vital to our congregation to bring the community together in fellowship and in Christ.

The Community Outreach Center will be equipped with a multi-purpose room that can accommodate up to 200 people and is roughly the size of a half-basketball court. The building will also have two smaller rooms that can be used as classrooms or meetings.

Facility Rental Information

Funding
Faithful members of Monticello Christian Church have worked tirelessly to raise funds for the Community Outreach Center for many years. Although our building has been completed, we are still accepting donations to support monthly maintanance of the building.
Community members are encouraged to make gifts to MCC’s Land & Building Fund to assist with the capital campaign. After all, the MCC Community Outreach Center is for the community! To do so, simply Click Here and select the Land & Building Fund.

Who can use the Outreach Center?
The Outreach Center will be available for use by individuals and groups in the community.
What kinds of events can be held at the Outreach Center?
MCC envisions wedding receptions, birthday parties, showers, and more being held at the event center. MCC has developed guidelines regarding the type of events that will be permitted. Alcohol and tobacco products are prohibited.
What is inside the Outreach Center?
The Outreach Center features a small meeting room and a conference room. ADA-compliant restroom facilities are available. The Multi-Purpose Room is the size of a half-basketball court. Tables and chairs are available for a multitude of arrangements.
The Outreach Center features a high-end residential kitchen with a gas range, ice maker, freezer, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Guest Wi-Fi is also available.
Will parking be available?
A paved parking lot is available with handicapped spaces. There is a covered portico over the main entrance.
What is the price for rental of the facility?
The cost for rental is $150 for 4 hours and $25 for each additional hour. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit required to reserve the building. The deposit will be included in the total price of rental. The facility is considered reserved when the deposit is recieved and a signed Rental Agreement has been returned.
What are the rental procedures?
- Complete and submit the Rental Application Form using the above link.
- A member of the MCC Community Outreach Center Rental Team will contact you via email to confirm rental information.
- Submit a $50 deposit using the “Giving” link on the MCC church homepage and return a signed Rental Agreement (see link to view the form above).
- Meet with member of the MCC Rental Team prior to the event if necessary.
- A member of the MCC Rental Team will be in attendance for the entirety of the event for nonmembers. A final cleaning checklist will be completed by the rental team member and signed by both parties at the conclusion of the event. The remainder of the rental fee is due no later than the beginning of the event.
